3 Must visit budget friendly places in Dubai
As a visitor to Dubai, the first thing in your travel plan would be the places to visit in Dubai during your stay here in Dubai. As this beautiful city offers you a vivid choice of exquisite locations, it gets quite challenging to pick your choice.
Living in Dubai for 3+years now, I myself haven’t visited many places that I wish to visit. Dubai has so much to offer you that you would never be able to cover all.
Dubai is a city where you wouldn’t get satisfied anytime. Every other day you find a new tourist attraction here.
Let me bring to you my favorite budget friendly places to visit while you are in Dubai.
1. Jumeriah Kite Beach
The Jumeriah Kite beach is beautiful beach situated in Jumeriah, one of the prime locations of Dubai. The public beach is very tourist friendly with amenities like a dedicated walk way, cycling track and kids play area. The main attraction of this beach is the kitesurfing and kayaking.
There are couple of food trucks and ice cream shops on the sides of the walkway. Grab a quick bite and watch the scenic beach view. The beach also has a volleyball and water sport activities hub too. One more thing that makes Kite Beach popular is it is close to the iconic Burj al Arab. So, never forget your camera/phone while you are there to capture breath-taking pictures.
2. Creek Park
The Creek park is one of the popular parks in Dubai. It is a favorite picnic place for kids and families. The park is spread over a large area in the Creek side, Bur Dubai with lush greenery, entertainment areas and walk ways.
The Creek Park also has a Dolphinarium where the kids and family could enjoy the dolphin show. The park overlooks the old creek area and Diera. The view from the park is amazing. You could see the Dhow boats with live performance moving across the creek.
The park has a large area of barbeque, recreational activities and day- camping. The park is open till 11PM at the night and has an ample car park facility. There is a very nominal entry fee for general visitors. The park caters to those with special needs and offers a free entry for them. There are dedicated passage ways and areas for them to spend time happily.
3. Al Mamzar Beach Park
This is one of Dubai’s hidden treasures. The Al Mamzar beach park is made up of 5 different beaches and a park that houses a lot of recreational activities. The park is filled with family friendly activities like picinic spots, barbecque area, cycling track, skateboarding, swimming pools, etc.
Similar to the creek park, the Al Mamzar beach park too has a nominal fee for its visitors. The park is very well maintained and located in one of the most beautiful locations of Dubai.
Sitting in the benches overlooking the beach, you could see the horizons of the Arabian Gulf. Watching the sunset from this point is amazing. It is a worth visit place while you are in Dubai.
Dubai is house to a lot of free as well as paid tourist attractions. The destinations here are all breathtakingly beautiful and unique from rest of the world in all aspects. It is all very people friendly with great choice of amenities that cater all your requirements. The list of places to visit in Dubai never ends.
